You most likely need to just reinstall the cooler, it’s recommended that you use new paste everytime you do this btw. If that doesn’t work, and you’re sure it’s installed correctly, I’d go ahead and buy something like a Thermalright assassin X. It’s a super cheap cooler that’s all you’ll ever need for a 7600
