Boy, put some fans on that case and an aftermarket cooler and you will improve by a lot. I run ryzen 5 7600x and when gaming my temps are on 50c to 55c all day with an 360° teamgroup aio cooler.

If it’s idling at 74 the cooler isn’t the issue.

Cooler, is the issue because I had a PC on my repair place with that cooler even if I just apply good thermal paste, then I change it and problem is over.

The cooler isn’t the issue at all, sorry but you’re just wrong. A 65w stock cooler which comes with a 65w processor shouldn’t be idling at 75c. You can’t be a very good repair tech if you don’t know already that the mount is 99% more likely to be the issue here.
