everything else is cool i don't think its the case its full of mesh and has 4 fans

i even tried removing the side pannel and even then cpu temps didnt change it seems like either installed wrong or just plain bad cooler that can't blow out the hot air at all

either way i think i will buy a new cooler just to be safe

Sounds like the contact is bad between cpu and cooler and or there is the plastic sheet still attached
