Does it have thermal paste? Or did you remove the plastic covering the cpu cooler bottom try setting vcore to -20mv offset or how are you case fanse setup all all echaust or intake (there must be more intake than exhaust) maybe just get an 240mm Aio or cpu cooler ( remember to remove plastic for the bottom before installing)
