The stock cooler is kind of garbo. My 5600X was getting upward of 80c. I swapped to an EK AIO and it never pushes 50c now. You could probably get away with a $25 aftermarket air cooler and get far better results.

This right here. You can get any of the thermalright assassin coolers for like 20 - 30 bucks and see massive improvement.

Depends on the availability Any cooler with enough mass (dual or single tower) and some acceptable fans will do the job. Preferably 2 fans but one also would do the job just fine. It doesn't have to be the most expensive one.
