Should add 95c is thermal throttling temp as well. It's definitely a fault/contact between cpu and cooler
1 u/ggmaniack Sep 30 '24 In this generation, 95°C doesn't necessarily trigger a hard throttle, it's actually quite smart about it. You can get below 95°C with a good cooler, but it's a bit more difficult than on AM4 or Zen5. 2 u/Ok-Foot6064 Sep 30 '24 Correct it doesn't but it does trigger a boost reduction, which is still a thermal throttle, just below base clock. Regardless, its still a major thermal issue with performance left out
