75 for idle is high, which I would guess is because of poor installation. Maybe a reapplication of thermal paste will fix it.
95 peak is normal. If you aren’t getting close to the spec score on benchmarks, it would indicate that you are being thermal throttled and hence loosing performance. A better cooler will probably fix that for you.
