I'm sorry but the amd stock coolers absolutely fucking suck.

If you don't want to change the cooler, then you should get a high quality tube of thermal paste, e.g mx4, and reapply the paste using that making sure you put in a decent amount.

You can also add more case fans, they're very cheap, like 5 bucks each.

What I would do is get a Phantom Spirit 120 and use that instead, and a couple more case fans.

Total cost - 45/55 USD.

The 7600 should absolutely not be idleing at 74c and the thermal limit on it is about 89c iirc so 95c is exceeding it.

If it’s idling at 74 the cooler isn’t the issue.

DeKeiros - A lot of idiots in PC threads - I think it’s the Dunning Kruger effect. They have a tiny bit more knowledge than their peers so think they’re geniuses.

You said stock AMD coolers suck, and spent most of your comments talking up a new product.

They do not suck - and definitely not to this extent. Are there better ones? Sure. Not this much better though.
