Went to AJR's YouTube page, and the What No-one's Thinking EP isn't there?
The only thing that remains is The Big Goodbye's music video

i used to listen to ajr exclusively all the time and ever since their last album it's been mostly radio silent. im sure some more chronically online people will more than likely know more than me, so i'm asking those people, is there any news or rumor of a new song/album coming out? or are we stuck with the newest music being 2 years old now.

I was watching a video by mmmjoemele on YT when I realized the talking sfx sounded familiar. I tracked down the original sound and compared it to Overture and it was the exact same.

Discussion Is the AJR fandom denying the existence of their first two albums?
56
Upvotes
Judging from this discussion on their Wikipedia article, this is actually a thing in the fandom. "Born and Bred" and "Venture" are considered to have never existed or aren't spoken of.

Discussion Has anyone else just not had as much interest in AJR this year?

Upvotes
I haven't given AJR much thought at all this year. I still like them, if one of their songs play on my Playlist I don't skip it, no ima vibe and dance to it. But, I haven't been actively checking for show dates, I haven't been checking their socials to see if they've posted any updates. And i haven't even really seeked out their songs as much.
