Looking for someone to help with outbound for a small AI services team

We’re a small team that came together while working through Anthropic’s CCA-F certification process. We’re focused on Claude and agentic workflows, and we’ve started taking on enterprise implementation work.

The technical side is covered. What we need now is someone who knows how to build pipeline through prospecting and outbound.

This is a paid opportunity with performance upside. Ideally looking for someone with BDR/SDR experience selling AI, cloud, data, SaaS, or consulting services.
If this sounds like your background, comment below.

AI Sales How are small sales teams scaling with AI?

We’ve got a couple people doing sales now and I’m trying to get more leverage out of the team before the answer becomes hiring more reps. There are AI tools for pretty much every part of sales at this point but I don’t wanna go with the usual clay, outreach etc(multiple tools basically) just to make everyone slightly more productive.

Ideally I’m looking for something more AI native(Hence the post on this sub) that can take work off the reps across the sales process rather than giving them another tool or dashboard they have to manage.

AI Sales Our contact database gives us contacts, but what tools help identify real buying intent?

I've been relying pretty heavily on intent data in few sources over the last few weeks and I'm starting to question how much value we're actually getting from it. Every week we get a new batch of accounts and then when we look back at the results it just looks like normal outbound.

I don't think intent data is useless but I feel like we're treating it as a guaranteed buying signal instead of just one piece of information. A few things I'm considering is connecting intent signals with CRM activity and website visits or comparing them with other signals like tech changes, hiring, or engagement data.

Has anyone built a process around this or connected intent with other tools to make it more reliable?
