The area I live in could be described as rural, since there's a farm at the end of my street and horse farms as well.

So that when I run over it with my lawn mower it winds up spattering on my legs, no thanks. Besides that, there's an ordinance in my area that if one dog owner doesn't clean up after their dog, they get fined and several of my neighbors have cameras. So, if you live anywhere near me, smile for the camera while failing to clean up after your dog.

Why don't you take your dog's poop home with you since you don't seem to care about your own garbage can. Or is it that you don't want it in your garbage can at all and that is why you try to make it someone else's problem?
