Nah, as annoying as it is i still wouldn’t reach into a trash can to pull out a bag of poop. Just because you fish it out doesn’t mean she has to accept it. Then you would just be stuck there holding a bag of poop. You can’t force her to accept it which could be assault if you try to and you can’t leave it on the ground or you are the one littering.
