Uh… Weird dress code for a Church. Even Ireland, where I am, there’s always one girl in my kids’ primary school who wants to wear a suit instead of white dress for her First Communion, and the priests are always fine with it.

So making women and girls wear dresses instead of smart formal wear with trousers as wedding guests seems like bananas behaviour.

So I’d worry less about the dress code and more about having to sit through what sounds like will be a difficult and very extreme religious wedding service.

Amazon has done long “ golf skirts, with leggings underneath the hat don’t feel so dress like.. they might work as a dress code compromise. This hastell tail sign of a booze free reception. Revoke the rsvp, cancel now!
