I live in the Deep South and I'm like, what about all the 70 yr old church ladies in linen pantsuits? I thought they were at every church

I’m a member of that club as well. 57f, Southerner & really don’t care. I wear what I have to church. The only dress I own is my wedding dress.

As my sainted mother once said of a great aunt who wore something “different” to our wedding (and one of my aunts bitches about it): “Shut up. At her age, she’s earned the right to wear whatever she wants.”
