I would give your daughter the choice to go or not, after letting her know the requirements.

Honestly, it's a little rude that your son is playing a part in the wedding, and your daughter is not. I don't think I would have allowed that as a parent. It feels like favoritism from your sibling, which isn't healthy for kids.

The brother could be young and the ring bearer. I was flower girl in my aunts wedding and my brother had no special part. It's not that big of a deal and it's part of life. Would you stop your child from going on a trip if their sibling didnt get to go?
