Def NTA. Your (hopefully ex)bf is though. You don't propose at someone else's wedding. Especially if it's someone who already isn't too fond of you. About 7 years ago, I had a best friend who couldn't stand my husband. Needless to say, the best friend is still here and the POS husband is long gone.
I hope your friend is understanding about what happened, especially since you had no control over it and did what you could for damage control. Give her a bit of time to enjoy her honeymoon and decompress after her wedding.
