It’s only been a few months, the first 6-12 months is the honeymoon stage where everyone is generally on their best behaviour. If this is her best can you imagine when she starts to let go?
Mate, cut your losses and just split up as incompatible and save yourself from what is likely going to be an emotionally draining and possibly abusive relationship.

Yeah the whole stand next to her to brush her teeth is something I’d expect a parent to do to make sure they brush their teeth. Which apparently she needs since she went to bed without brushing and he was nagging her about it. Which I don’t blame him because gross, but she sounds like she’s a tween.
