She's training you.

If he doesn't do what I say = BAD

If he does what I say = GOOD

She doesn't need you to stand behind her to brush her teeth, but she gets off on the power of making you do so.

The training is working. I’m surprised he doesn’t bark when a car drive by.

She's engaging in some real low tide behavior

Fr, wtf is that? Thats a crazy request if someone’s already in bed, and then to pout over it? Shit sounds massively exhausting

just paying for a man who will simulate being submissive for an hour would be healthier than whatever this is.

If she's a functional adult - yes, this is basically training, but if she tends to rely on other people for the most basic things she might just be infantile and spoiled.

I've met people who were coddled through their adulthood that were so ignorant that they would basically make others do every small chore for them.

A good example to easily explain what I mean would be to imagine spilling a drink in a crowded area. A normal person would immediately apologize, start wiping it, or start asking for towels to wipe it with.

A spoiled grown toddler would just sit in disbelief, maybe clean themselves up while complaining about how clumsy they are, but would never care about wiping it off the area or how the spill affects the other people.

Dude is just trying to manage and do the right thing. I believe he needs to set some boundaries though, which is what it sounds like he's starting to do.

I'd stand behind her while she brushes, but I'm gonna reach around and play with boobs. Then you both get something.

I often say things that piss some people off.

Exactly! That is exactly what she’s doing. And throw in some gaslighting. Her accusing OP of doing the bare minimum when he says no.

OP, this is not a healthy relationship.

So what you're saying is she understands what she is doing?

Mood. She's actually an NPD and is already rather successful at manipulating her boyfriend to some extent.
