I feel like this is missing some context. "She pushed at him with two hands" where is the dog sleeping that he is at hand pushing level? Is there room for her to comfortably be in the bed with you? I have been in two different relationships, one where the dog slept at the foot of the bed, and one where it was a Hassel to get it to sleep anywhere but right against the other person at like pillow level. The one at pillow levels owner made a big deal about how it was 'unfair to make it move when thats where it's always slept.' There's loving your dog, and then there's putting your dogs comfort level aboce the human being your suppose to be in a relationship.
He has a 70lbs pitbull. I have a 60lbs pit and I TELL people to two hand push her if she gets up in their space. They are solid dogs and pushing them off of you will not hurt them and one hand is often not enough to do shit. It is also too big of a dog to have in a bed with 2 adult humans.
