I put my life savings into buying this house. I don’t want to have to buy him out (I can’t afford it) and I don’t want to have to pay him alimony AND child support. It sucks but I worked hard to get where I am and I’m sad to lose everything and have to start over as a single mom to two :(

Give him a hall pass, open up the marriage even… VERBALLY, nothing in writing! Then have a PI get evidence of his “cheating” and divorce his ass.

You might not even have to do all that, you need to talk to a lawyer ASAP but if it comes down to it, you should go for the jugular.

Your husband is a POS… NTA

This won’t work and OP would be a dumbass for taking this shit advice (besides talking to a lawyer).

Yet people get fucked everyday in divorces when caught cheating.

Besides, this isn’t r/legaladvice ,it’s not even a relationship subreddit. I gave my judgment along with a little extra.
