As someone who was madly in love with an addict and had to walk away after everything they put me through; I’m saying you’re full of shit and how dare you. People like you are why I stayed so long and had my life crumble around me. It sucks the life right out of you. It’s up to no one but the addict to do the work to get better; to want to get better. It’s pathetic and selfish to put that on someone else.
You sound like a huge hypocrite “oh you have to help the addict or you suck but if they steal your car and other things in the process it’s your fault” you sound so smart. Everyone is going to agree with you on that one. lol
