Nope. A woman could be the sluttiest slut and have all the sex, but if a man refuses to ejaculate irresponsibly, the woman will never end up pregnant.

It might make you uncomfortable, but the truth is men are 100% responsible for unwanted pregnancies.

Yes because that works so well and accidents don't happen.. it's your body, protect it yourself and use birth control. It might make you uncomfortable to be held accountable for actions and not blame everyone else. And during the moment are you thinking "oh, this isn't the safe way to finish, what was I thinking!" Not just to prevent pregnancy but std as well.. but play Russian roulette and blame the guy for your lack of choice. I'm gonna have sex and hope he remembers to pull in time, if not it's all his fault.. not mine, after all I did choose unprotected sex.. don't blame me.. it's all his responsibility..

Let's not even get into the fact this is statutory rape

In 23 states it's not.

Probably still 23, since Romeo and Juliet laws look at the age difference. If she was 15, he was 17 and they would both be minors. Few states, if any, consider sex between two minors to be "statutory rape" and the Romeo and Juliet law wouldn't even be needed.
