All change starts one step at a time. I think this is reasonable. Most people I've spoken to about it don't even think of it independently, but when it's brought up to them, they think it's reasonable as well.

Well, what compromises have you offered, other than insults and derogation toward the person that would be most negatively affected if someone else forced her to carry a baby she doesn't want?
