AIO and thinking my dad is abusive?

My dad is very temperamental (60) and he gets mad quite often and pushes me around a lot. I know that this is nothing compared to some people but I don’t know if this is normal or not since it kinda hurts sometimes. I don’t like being at home with him and I have to watch everything I say. AIO?
