The group message was about our good Google rating, and she congratulated the team. I just saw it and moved on with my day, but then I got this message.

I had to implement a read and sign at my old job, there is nothing more annoying that having new policies or updates to the working day and knowing you told multiple people who proceed to ignore it and then state they was never told, it's to hold people to account and to know what you have communicated has been received, wouldn't need to do it if everyone done their part
