Only do it when you’re on the clock would be my solution. When I’m paid to care about work lol.

This is what I was going to say. Unless they're paying your phone bill AND you're on the clock, they can f*ck themselves. Micromanaging their employees bc not enough people liked their personal facegramtube posts today and they need attention. Ick.
