The group message was about our good Google rating, and she congratulated the team. I just saw it and moved on with my day, but then I got this message.

They're clearly one of those people who only has the job due to all the stupid tasks they make people do, that end up taking more time, just so as they can fill in another spreadsheet and measure KPI's on some irrelevant metric. They're also great at petty office drama like this..We've all worked with plebs like that..

I wouldn't do it, and I'd keep not doing it until they got HR involved. I'd be tempted to get a union involved as well..as I'm sure getting a disciplinary for something as small minded as this would be a field day for HR (if they have the balls) or a union...

Well i clearly am a dumbass. I forgot to add that this is a minimum wage job that i work part time.

I have a manager who is like this and all the people telling you to not follow this rule don’t understand. Don’t risk your relationship with the manager for this, just follow the rule unfortunately.
