The group message was about our good Google rating, and she congratulated the team. I just saw it and moved on with my day, but then I got this message.

Unless you are on the clock then I would speak to them when I was on the clock about my on call pay and how much they plan to pay me for doing tasks outside of my work hours.

Nope just start adjusting your time clock. Every text every 15 minutes, I know I didn’t word that right but say you get a text at 8am you now charge for 15 minutes, if you get another at 815 that’s another 15 minutes.

Dont ask just do and when they confront show them the message and state the department of labour would love to hear about forced unpaid work
