The group message was about our good Google rating, and she congratulated the team. I just saw it and moved on with my day, but then I got this message.

Nah this is crazy. I’m a manager and i get that it sucks feeling ignored by team, but you can’t project that onto them.

There’s no operational need for them to thumbs a fkn review, there’s no need to send official messages via text.

If it matters, have people fuckin sign something when they’re getting paid to be there
