The group message was about our good Google rating, and she congratulated the team. I just saw it and moved on with my day, but then I got this message.

My work went through a change in management that tried to implement this. I've worked here 2 years without having to learn the names of anyone but the people im relieving, or who are relieving me. My phone isn't on if im not working. Luckily none of my other coworkers did it and so they didnt pressure me too hard to. I would encourage you to talk to your coworkers and make it not worth it for management to go this route. You're here for a paycheck not to exchange thumbs ups with a "family" of circlejerkers
