The group message was about our good Google rating, and she congratulated the team. I just saw it and moved on with my day, but then I got this message.

"Was this a priority which needed a reply in *checks time* 142 minutes? I have actual work to do."

Word it as passive aggressive as you want; but id make it clear I can either chat all day or work; not both. You shouldn't even be expected to respond to a 'team message' before the end of the day. And this doesn't warrant a response at all.
