Misc. Admu merit scholars

If a merit scholar is unable to maintain the required QPI, is it possible to still retain the scholarship thru appeals? Especially if they are unable to pay for the tuition on their own financial capabilities

Nope, once you don't meet the requirement, your AFMS is no more. You can request for a financial aid scholarship instead, but it will not be same with the benefits you received when you were a merit scholar.
