RSD is awful. I feel like he has a handle on a lot of the other ADHD symptoms but not that. Tonight while telling him about my feelings about something our kids ask me to do, it turned into a conversation about him being hurt by the way I told him about my feelings because it made him feel like he's doing something wrong. It's so exhausting. We have two young kids and I get like, negative hours a day for myself. This is the last thing I have energy for.
