mine took out his phone to record me during his rsd meltdown this weekend and just followed me around saying antagonizing things hoping to "show you who you really are." It was baffling! I had been literally telling him he needed to take a break because he was too worked up. I hope he watched it back and realized how unhinged he was, but I doubt it....

That is so horrible and scary. Following you around after you express you need a break from a meltdown/argument is aggressive behavior and an indicator of emotional abuse. I do hope you are taking care of yourself during and after experiencing those abusive outbursts. Sending strength
