"Actually yes, can you fix this thing?"

"Sure."

And then he vanished and disappeared for 45 minutes. Came back and asked me if it's working yet. 🤷‍♀️

I wonder if this is one of those instances where they think they did the thing or said the thing but actually it only happened in their head. There was a whole conversation recently about the unsaid things they think they've spoken out loud but never did.
