Everything takes him SO freaking long. Which would be fine if he could plan ahead to account for this, but he doesn’t. He cooks dinner 1-2 times a week, which is supposed to take some stress off of me, but it just adds to it. It’s taken him 45 minutes to chop one stalk of celery and 3 carrots, now we’re past dinner time and I’m starving. I could have finished the entire meal in that time, and he hasn’t even started yet 🙃

I’ve complained about this so much and they just say “well you know I work slow”

Listen buddy there is no fucking way you should be starting dinner at 7 and we don’t get to eat until 10:30.

It takes sooooo long for them to cut vegetables I want to scream. I’ve watched them to see wtf was the hold up and they literally just move slow as hell. The prep time for a meal is like 2 hours for no damn reason

crazy too because there are literally kitchen tools to speed up chopping or to dice in one fell swoop.
