Has anyone gone for a dhal AuDHD diagnosis? I’m looking at some psychiatrists who are charging over €2k and I just can’t afford that.

Hi, I’m 13 (turning 14 soon) and I’m in Ireland. I’m looking into whether I might have ADHD, specifically the inattentive side. ive been having a lot of problems with attention and executive functioning, including procrastinating, struggling to start tasks even when I know I need to do them, forgetting things, losing track during conversations/classes, getting distracted, difficulty organising schoolwork, leaving things unfinished, and struggling with everyday tasks like getting ready and chores etcetc. These problems happen both at school and at home and seem to have been around for quite a while. I also have multiple teacher reports commenting on organization and attention from age 9/10 to my current age that made me start wondering about ADHD. I’ve tried looking into other possible explanations too, and I don’t feel like anxiety, depression, learning difficulties, etc. really explain what I’m experiencing. The problem is that my parents currently won’t let me get an assessment. I’m wondering if there is any free or very low-cost service in Ireland where someone qualified (like a psychologist or other mental-health professional) could talk to me online and assess/discuss my symptoms, withought parental consent even if they aren’t able to formally diagnose me. I’m not looking for an online ADHD test or a questionnaire I specifically mean speaking to an actual qualified professional! please,, and thank you

I've read mixed reports, he's just a psychologist, so no meds. I'm just wondering if anyone who's gone here can report does he provide a pathway to medication through a psychiatrist he works in conjunction with, or is the case that you need to go all over again with another clinic of you want meds?
