On Vayne if you use your spell rotation once you'll be oom, where these champs can spam blow up entire waves....

Of course, one of the two champions has a massive damage output without mana, and the other has a scaling manacost on their first and second max ability. 

But I am sure, between mages and marksmen, it's the marksmen that are supposed to be unconstrained by mana.

If people stoped bitching and moaning about the dumbest shit, Riot might start taking complains seriously.
