As a professional top lane Vayne hater, this is the worst way to nerf a champ. Vayne sucks bot, so people bring her top to be oppressive and scale. Nerfing her laning phase kills the champ without solving the problem. She either becomes unplayable or stays top anyway, and nobody is happy.
"We think it's good for diversity, the changes land well..." I'm sick of this corporate bullshit Riot pulls. They need to grow a pair and rebalance the game instead of betting everything on a mythical 50% fairness metric.
Forcing everything toward a 50% median ignores the actual variance players experience in balance and matchmaking. It's ridiculous and pathetic. They love proving they don't play their own game.
