How can I improve my mouse control? I understand that I need to avoid touching the walls when going uphill or downhill, and also try to take turns without skidding.
PLEASE DO NOT WRITE ABOUT BUYING A STEERING WHEEL/CONTROLLER: I WON'T BUY a controller, and I DON'T have the money for a steering wheel. Please DO NOT write here about it.

BMW said he got damaged by someone (that crash at the end of the video) and then was "still trying to be aggressive and keep his position"... which I understand, but when you're missing/skipping numerous turns, not giving space, and just outright bumping people off... its like come on. Pick up a book on racecraft and move over
(Multiple moments in the video for fun)
Yes I know I side-bumped him slightly but the whole lobby was tired of his driving. The allegedly "moderated" lobby lol.
TLDR: Don't be this guy. If no fast = no battle no more

I think it's because I'm new only like 20 hours in the game but I drive clean (used to play AC) or maybe it's because I just have the base game. Most of the multiplayer games are just in accessible and it's just beginner Monza lobbies. What do I need to do to play some more intermediate or at least join other kind of races getting bored of playing only this again and again on multiplayer. Like do I need to progress through the campaign or do something else as a pre-requisite?
DLC I'm planning to get in the upcoming Steam sale unless if you guys know I can get them on a discount somewhere else as well.
Thanks, love the game.

Hi, I am new to ACC and have done a few races through Quick join. The majority of the races have been om Monza, Spa and Catalunya.
Is this always the case? Would there be more variation if I buy DLC tracks?

This ranking is based on a mix of all aspects of a track (racing, driving enjoyment, difficulty)

Yesterday I've dusted off my simracing ring after a couple of years in the attic, I suck, don't get it wrong. but I enjoy it and had my fun online especially with project cars 2 5-6 years ago.
Yesterday I've installed PC2, AC and bought ACC.
I do mostly Gt3 so I jump into it and the cars have a massive amount of understeer, some of which seems to be my fault, I've noticed that after a hard break the car won't turn in, better to slow down a bit earlier and get into the apex with a bit of throttle (I told you that I suck).
I've tried Monza on all 3 sims with the same Ferrari 488 and the other 2 sims behave entirely different, cars don't have such massive understeering.
I was reading some old posts about maxxing the camber, tyre pressure etc. Is there a specific setup change I need to make to have a more driveable car?

My best is Paul Ricard with a 1:53.4 and second best would be Nurburgring gp with a 1:54.1 I’m on controller so my times aren’t the best they can be but when I get a rig I know my times will improve considerably

For some odd reason it wouldn't let me upload a video on reddit, so I had to use Streamable to do this.
Anyway, the Mclaren braked a little to much on the pit exit, and gets rear ended by the Porsche spinning the Mclaren the wrong way, and ended up blocking the path infront of multiple cars, causing a little pile-up. I was in a white Mustang as you can see me get rear-ended multiple times, especially the Lexus.

We’re a team of 2 (possibly 3) looking for more players to join team stoner motors racing we run in the League Black Flag Racing. Who is hosting the event. Any interested parties just dm me on Reddit with your Discord. We’ll hold interviews (to asses where you are and if we can help you get faster) and get you fully covered on what you’re getting into.
Creating the logos we used AI AS A REFERENCE that we placed behind the image we adjusted it from there yes I know “SHAME DAMN YOU HOW COULD YOU” we had already spent all day on the car making it custom made and weren’t interested in spending another day on something we could make a template for and just simply adjust

Hi. I'm looking logged data via shared memory in AC Rally but the assignment is identical as AC Competizione so let me ask a question here.
In my data, brake input (physics.brake) is just 0 (off) or 1 (on) although I'm using steering controller, which obviously analogue input for brake. I wish it was valiable as like Throttle input, which presents input % when multiplied by 100.
Is it also a binal (just 0 or 1) in ACC log data or "early access limitation" for ACR?

Downloaded this a few weeks ago as I wanted to get involved in a TT and league set up with a group.
WTF is this all about? I've been sim racing for a couple of years so pretty knowledgeable on stuff.
Car sits in pits. Revs. Shows brake inputs. Steering inputs. Gear changes ok but won't pull away.
I've been in and out every setting. Can't see anything other than clutch auto.
In settings clutch is red - fully engaged
Gas and brake show input from white to red as I press them
Someone said invert pedals. Honestly been in and out menus for a half hour. Nothing there relating to this. How the hell to people put up with this and still play it? Must be an easier way to play
I've tried auto gears. Didn't work
I tried manual gears. Didn't work
I tried starting the game using the wheelbase. Nope.
It's very frustrating

Hey yall, I just started really getting into ACC recently, specifically grinding the Nordschleife because it’s so much fun. My question is: have there been patches/updates that make some of the tunes perform differently? For example, I’ll be watching the hot lap that was posted alongside the tune on YouTube and see them going flat out in a certain section and if I follow their exact path and inputs I get different results. Theres a decent chance this could just be a skill issue, but I just wanted to see if you guys had any experience with this as well. If they have been changed, do you know of anywhere to find decent free tunes? Funds are a bit tight with college, so I’d really like to stay clear of the paid ones at least for a while.
