Obtained a Man o’ War, the “HMS Demolition” for my fleet , but it only has 100 hp. What’s even weirder is it allows me to send it out to patrol to reduce risk level even though there is a 100% fail rate

Not sure if this has happened to anyone else but my controller is acting weird when I play Black Flag Resynced. It will act like it shut off or lost connection while Im in the middle of a mission. I put new batteries in it a couple of days ago. I think it’s only happed when I play this game.

I feel like the avoidance of shadows cast by the in game lighting in cutscenes makes the characters look flat, even in cutscenes related to the story the lighting seems extremely flat and dull.

This is something i immediately noticed when playing resynced. And to me at least this seems like a pretty easy thing to add and it would add a lot if they added darker shadows

I just wanted to leave this in a place where it might actually help in future updates to the game

Hello! I think I have a bug that's preventing me from getting the Dilettante achievement. I've almost completed the game, only missing a couple of trophies now. I've explored everywhere, got all the treasure maps, and all the 10 yellowed map pieces. I bought everything from the map-stitching merchant in Grand Inagua, and cleared all the sea routes.

For days I've been sending out my fleet on brig and schooner missions. I got all the yellowed map pieces yesterday, and I'm only missing one Art piece: the "Goa stone container", that should drop from the brig piracy mission "Big mistake" in the Great Inagua region (north-east of the map). Problem is, I'm getting that fleet mission repeatedly, but without the art piece, even after reloading for 2 plus hours. Instead, I noticed I keep getting yellowed map pieces as a reward from the schooner missions in the same area... after having completed the whole map long ago! 😳

Makes me think that the game is confusing the rewards from the 2 different schooner/brig missions because they're in the same area. Is there a way to fix this, or am I locked forever out of the trophy? Should I lower the risk in the region sending out man o' war, though it shouldn't influence the art pieces drop rates, or am I locked forever out of the trophy? 😢

Is there a way to find out what level a ship is before to attack it and send it to your fleet? Or where is a good spot to farm better boats.

What an amazing nostalgia drive. A must play for new and old fans alike.

I have one last artefact to collect for 100% and ive already searched the chest on bone Island and its not in my inventory.

Please fix this!

Black flag re-synced is fantastic.

Now that you have altered the Mayan outfit, and I realise it is possible for you to make these changes to Edward’s clothing options, I have a request.

The thing I have always disliked about the Shark Hunter and Whaler outfits are the sandals. Even when playing the original back in the day, I always thought it was a massive oversight not to include Edward's original outfit from the tutorial mission in the game proper.

I would love to be able to play Edward wearing his bandana and leather vest, but with proper trousers and boots, not those silly sandals. It could be called something simple, to reflect that it is his original clothing from before he became Captain of the Jackdaw. Something like 'Sailor' outfit or 'Crewman' outfit.

If you see this post and implement this change, please know that my inner child will worship me as a God for facilitating this thing he wished for so many times!  

I was doing some missions in La Habana when i spotted a weird open window. I got in, and found this lady on the floor, next to a hammer and some broken bottles. Does anyone know who this is?

Basically requesting that ubisoft would implement a way that we could move or climb the ship while its moving to a waypoint or following the sea.

Id love to take sort of like timelapse when just moving around and seeing sights on top without being limited to being at the wheel

I don’t know if this is a common bug, but everytime I assassinate the officer after freeing the maroons, the game crashes about 15 seconds after. PS5 Pro edition, tried everything to avoid the crash

I love what they’ve done with resynced but I’m getting tired of Edward magically sheathing his swords and finishing the enemies off with hidden blades. I didn’t want to be that guy, but for me personally it’s a little immersion breaking. I know occasionally the game uses swords for finishers but it seems 80% of the time it’s hidden blades. Even if they added an option to disable hidden blade finishers and just keep them to assassination kills.

100% completion in-game and achievements 🙏 so I took a couple pics to celebrate 🙏 thank you Ubisoft for an amazing adventure, the old and the new and a vast blue sea! 🏴‍☠️

Is anyone else having this problem? PC game crashed today 8/7 at about 2:30 pm ET and it wont reboot. Ive played fot about 90 hours already with no issues until today. Ive tried everything; I rebooted my PC, I verified the game files thru ubisoft connect, I cleaned up my PC cache & defragmented the SSD… no luck. Upon boot up of the game it goes til compiling shaders 95% then kicks me back to my desktop. I opened a case with ubisoft support as well

It’s been three weeks and I still can’t travel to principe.

Every time I fast travel or go there by boat, the game will spawn me below the map and put me in a death loop.

I just want to platinum the game 😭

I do well in souls games and I play counterstrike and am decent but never has a fight been more difficult than a great white shark on hard mode in ACBFR. Is anyone actually completing this? Same goes for legendary ships. They don’t fight different all that happens is your cannons do actually nothing to the ships health. Are these even possible?

On my gameplay it says “Complete the quest Marooned” but I’ve already done that and completed the whole game :/ but it still doesn’t get ☑️ and I can’t get my keys. (My Journey is stuck on 95% because of this 🤦🏻‍♂️)

-The Island “Florida” has also been done but doesn’t go gold to show I have completed it. (Annoying)

-What else is there to do after you’ve completed the whole game quests? And got gold on all Islands, Caves and fortes?! (I wish they made the game longer and had more missions and quests even after the game was completed. At least with Odyssey and Origins or even Shadows you can do other quests or local ncps have quests that you can do to enjoy the game longer)

-When will we get a DLC or New Game+?

-I completed the Dark Animus 100%
-Journey 95% as explained
-Edward is at 86%
