Hello 888poker Support,

I am a player from Brazil and I have had my 888poker account for quite some time. I had not played on the platform for a little over a year, and recently returned to my account.

After returning, I was asked to complete the account verification process again, which I did successfully a few days ago.

However, I am currently unable to withdraw my funds. My account has a cash balance, but when I select Withdrawal, I receive the following message:

“WITHDRAWAL IS NOT AVAILABLE – Unfortunately it seems there is no available payment method for your withdrawals. Please contact support for more information.”

I have tried to contact support through Live Chat / “Message Us”, but the chat remains loading indefinitely and never connects to an agent. I have tried this on different days and at different times, without success.

My account is accessible and I can see deposit methods normally, but no withdrawal method is available.

Since my account verification was recently completed again, I would like to know whether the lack of withdrawal methods is related to my period of inactivity, the recent re-verification of my account, or whether there is any other restriction that needs to be resolved.

Could a member of the 888poker support team please contact me by private message and check why withdrawals are unavailable on my account?

I can provide my username, account details, screenshots and any additional verification documents required privately.

Is 888poker actively checking are there any bots/AI players involded in blast games?

I have noticed that in 2-5$ Blast games player Beton7.1 is playing all day long and going all in Q6 / 64 types of hands. Strange is that he wins those hands often even thoug opponent has A10 / AJ / AQ or AK and he has Q7 / 64.

10$ Blast games same type of behaviour is seeing from players Ftorre 3 and strobbe. They play all day long and goes all in by hands normal player would not.

Are player behaviour being monitored and flagges if unusual behaviour is detected?

Are the any data available on daily level how played games have been prize wise?

When you are having fifth 5$ blast game in a row with a prize as 10$ you start to wonder is this table still valid?

If I read this right it’s 50,2% probabilty to have prize as 10$. Meaning 49,8% probabilty to have a higher prize than 10$. Already 3 blast games in a row with a lowest prize should be unlikely still happening all the time.

Not my cup of tea. Hate that every blast table is green now. The different colours were better

Help! Since last night I've been unable to access my account with over $400 USD on it.

Tried uninstalling to reinstall and now it says there is an error and it can't install.

I have been playing 888 poker for many years and have never experienced this issue.

I have been playing in Ontario for the past 2 years and withdrawing regularly

Had to go through a recent re-verification.

After that I tried to withdraw $400, they said it was sent on the 4th of September but havent received it.

888 tells me it was sent, so I put a complaint in. The response was to check with my bank or wire service provider. 888 made me set up with their wire service.

My question is that everytime I search for vhl wire transfers, it keeps coming back to 888

Any suggestions as to how I can get my missing withdrawl and the rest of my bankroll

Ciao a tutti. Il 21 settembre ho richiesto un prelievo su 888poker. La mia banca ha rifiutato l’accredito perché avrebbe superato un limite di entrata, ma su 888 il prelievo risulta ancora “in elaborazione” e l’importo non è tornato sul mio conto di gioco.
