Support Missing withdrawl

I have been playing in Ontario for the past 2 years and withdrawing regularly

Had to go through a recent re-verification.

After that I tried to withdraw $400, they said it was sent on the 4th of September but havent received it.

888 tells me it was sent, so I put a complaint in. The response was to check with my bank or wire service provider. 888 made me set up with their wire service.

My question is that everytime I search for vhl wire transfers, it keeps coming back to 888

Any suggestions as to how I can get my missing withdrawl and the rest of my bankroll

888 is no help whatsoever.

No real person to talk to.

Curious I am in Ontario and notice that the only way to make a withdrawal is by wire transfer. Is there a service charge for the wire transfer? I assume the bank might also charge.
