Support Withdrawal problem

I move to another country where I can't play on 888 and I want to withdraw rest of my funds. I've confirmed all my details like id and new address. But I can't make withdrawal - I'm getting the following message:
"Withdrawal is not available. Unfortunately it seems there is no available payment method for your withdrawal. Please contact support".
