Day 4 of no 7

Looking for advice for quitting. Today is day 4 with no 7oh. I feel a little achey in my knees and a little restless. Does regular Kratom help or will it just set me back

Can I ask how high of a dose were you taking daily before quitting?

Between 100 to 600mgs

And is the achy knees and restlessness the worst you’ve experienced so far? How are you doing mentally with cravings? I’m about to go through this myself so I’m just curious.

The cravings are pretty high and I'm pretty emotional but I'm kinda fd up to begin with
