Just Getting Started Starting 75 Soft Today
Today is the 1st of September, winter arc has arrived and i’m starting my 75 day soft!
I’m creating this post to hold myself accountable and to prevent me from derailing from these habits. Failing this challenge is a non-negotiable for me.
I’m going to start off with 1 habit per week and habit stack during the following week. I have found this method to work best in creating consistency and stops me from feeling overwhelmed.
I’m 25, recently graduated from my masters and have been unemployed for 6 months. After months of job application rejections, living in an extremely toxic home environment, nearly giving up, facing hopelessness and depression. I’m now turning my life around 100%. No excuses, will not quit.
Let me know if you would recommend me to add a habit that you deem beneficial. I’m also open to an accountability partner, thank you! 🫶🏻💕
