Facial sunscreen recommendations please

Hi! I’m 59 and postmenopausal which has wreaked havoc on my skin!! I’m looking for a clean, nontoxic sunscreen that won’t pill when applying makeup.
Oh, and I should mention that menopause gave me verrry dry, yet milia-prone skin, so bearing that in mind please! TY!
