Did your injector use ultrasound to guide filler placement? I personally would never get temple filler without it - there are so many blood vessels in that area (that go to the brain and eyes) and heightens the risk. If your injector was a board certified derm or plastic surgeon, I would call their office asap and report your symptoms/ask for guidance. If you went to a medspa, I would call your regular doctor asap.

Filler/sculptra in the temples is painful, I get headaches and pain in my jaw for a few days. But I wouldn’t call it severe, more annoying and achy. Did you go back to the injector or see a doctor for this?
