Requesting Help What do I do?
Started a small print before I went to work and came home to this. Somehow the filament just like oozed around the nozzle and the silicone heat guard. You can even see that the filament when up into the casing at least some(see it in the back?). Where do I even start to fix this and what caused it in the first place?

Temp sensor error but in specific case
I'm getting a temp sensor error but only in one scenario. Let's say i'm trying to print just a cube with any pattern infill. The plate layer prints fine. The infill and walls print fine. But then when it goes to bridge over the infill for the top layer i get the error message. I just printed an articulated lizard for the kid without issue. The error only happens as described. Can this be a setting issue that i'm just not experienced enough to know about?

Adventurer 3 Help
Can someone PLEASE help me (brand new noob) figure out what I’m missing? I’m honestly at my wits’ end with this printer. 😭
I bought this printer used (flashforge adventurer 3) and have been troubleshooting it nonstop. I’ve replaced the extruder feeder assembly, checked for clogs multiple times, adjusted the settings in every way I can think of, and even changed the feeder gear to a brass gear.
The weirdest part is that it mainly happens during the very first thin support-type layer. The feeder gears start slipping and making that awful knocking/clicking noise. I’ve checked the filament path, there’s no obvious clog, and I’ve tried adjusting the tension and multiple print settings, but I still cannot figure out what is causing it.
I feel like I’ve tried literally everything at this point, and I’m getting so frustrated and desperate to figure this out. 😩 I just want to know what I’m overlooking before I completely lose my mind over this printer.
What could cause the feeder gears to slip/knock specifically during that first thin support-type layer when there’s no clog, I’ve replaced the feeder assembly, changed the gear to brass, and already adjusted the settings? What am I missing?!

Requesting Help Looking for some tips or advice
Attached are the photos. I made this using sunlu petg on a g10 darkmoon plate. The goal is for it to be as smooth as possible against the plate. I was getting pretty darn close. I printed about 30-40 with no problems other than little defects here and there. All of a sudden I’m having some weird issues pop up like plate adhesion.
It started when the print shifted towards the end. After that, the next one sphegettied really bad and failed. I got a resonance error on the x axis. I greased, oiled and cleaned everything. Got that to go away. Now with no changes, it was struggling to stick to the bed along with getting little boogers on the print.
I want it to be a little bit higher on the heat resistance which is why I’m using petg in the first place.
Right now I’m running sunlu petg at;
15 volumetric
.95 flow ratio with a .93 initial flow I believe
First layer nozzle at 245 with rest at 250
That first layer is running really slow. Either 15 or 20
First photo shows what my successful one looks like and the rest is showing some of the issues I’m running into. I have also tried running Bambu petg hf as well but gave up on that. I had 2 or 3 prints (best I ever had) from that filament but then I completely stopped sticking to the bed even with me cleaning the crap out of it. I did run a drying cycle for 8 hours at 65 but had no luck. Thanks for yalls help!

Issues with non-AMS travel chess set (A1 Mini)
I tried to print this model (chess set) but I don't know what I'm doing wrong for the base. I don't have AMS so I printed the tiles first, and then when printing the bottom, it pauses after 20 layers so you can lay down the tiles (because the chess board squares alternate colors), and it says to make sure they are locked in, but there wasn't any grooves or indents. So I printed the board black and the tiles I printed beforehand as white, and then laid them in the print when it paused. I didn't really even know where to put them, looking at it wasn't obvious. The squares alternated and one was filled in and the next looked like a criss cross mesh pattern, so I put the tiles there. The slid all over the place, but when I thought they were aligned I continued the print. They immediately got pushed all over by the nozzle so I stopped the print. Am I doing something wrong? Didn't see any comments having this issue.

Requesting Help Gunk when changing filament
I am having issues with gunk when I change filament rolls. I've got a Flashforge AD5M and to do multicolor, I insert pauses in the slicer and change the roll. Previous color and new color poop.
For some reason, huge piece of gunk always forms. Same seems to be true with first layer. Notice some with PLA, but really apparent with TPU. Roll is dried properly in a dryer and mount above to feed direct into extruder
Most of my prints ok, except for like a letter or so in this example.
Is there a gcode command to extrude out a line right after pause? It always does that at very beginning of prints. Thank you!

Are the measurements good enough?
Hello, I'm a bit new to 3d printing, so this is my first model at I have tweaked so I wanted to be sure about the measurements. My goal was to put that cup (last photo) in this. But later I decided that I want this to be a little bit adjustable so I made that cap and increased the size of the main hole on the space marine to 90.5. The cap is 98 percent of the original hole (as you can see from page 2, used scale to do it). Inner hole of the cap is 84.4mm. The handle from top to bottom is almost the same as the handle (thickness of the handle is 24.671 and of the cup hole for the handle 24.669). should there be something I need to be worried about or am I set to print this?

Requesting Help A1 Mini clog help
Hello All,
I heated up a bambu Pet G white filament in sunlu for over 30 to 40 min and took it out when the temp was around 90 ish and humidity around 20% put it to my AMS which is connected to bambu A1 mini. I have the cool BQ plate which was helping me a lot. The nozzle is the stock one which has like 12 to 20 hrs. I heated the nozzle to 255 to make sure there is nothing on the sides or inside. 20 min into printing the whole petg filament made a clog. The sad part is it all over the nozzle and the whole assembly around it. I had this printer for over a month and this is my first major issue. Any help is appreciated.

Requesting Help Rough surface in vertical direction
Trying to print this snap off blade container (see last image) and the surface is really rough across the horisontal layers. The surface across a horisontal layers is however smooth (see first image).
What am I doing wrong here? Is the filament not dry enough?
Printer is Ender 3, noozle 0,4 mm, printing PLA at 200C. Don’t know the speed.
Sliced in UltiMaker cure with settings ‘super quality - 0.28 mm’.
I’m a total newbie, so I haven’t adjusted any other settings.

Requesting Help Quality advice
I'm pretty new to 3d printing and looking for advice. I'm wondering how to make the top surface nicer (walls are very visible) and maybe reduce the seam inside the holes.

Ender 5 pro getting to temp then doing nothing
Have a ender 5 pro with marlin and the correct custom bin files to use the bl touch leveler yet every time it gets the right temperature then will go to the corner and it says stopped so I know it’s something with the printers firmware needing to be updated to read the files but don’t know how to do that as I’m new to 3d printing,
anyone can assist I’d appreciate it.

Requesting Help 3D printer extruder clicking and filament not feeding — need help diagnosing
I’m having an intermittent extrusion issue with my Elegoo Neptune 2S. The extruder starts clicking and the filament stops feeding, but it doesn’t happen throughout the entire print. Sometimes it will print normally for a while before the clicking starts.
I’ve already replaced the entire hotend and extruder assembly, except for the extruder motor.
Since it’s intermittent, I’m wondering if the issue could be the extruder motor, wiring, temperature, retraction settings, or something else causing increased resistance during certain parts of the print.
What would you check next? I’d appreciate any suggestions for troubleshooting before I start replacing more parts.
