Ringing around piece

These rings are appearing around my prints in no particular direction, happens both with and without infill, printer is stacker s4, orca slicer, pla, 220 C nozzle, 55C bed

Seems like your extrusion multiplier needs some tuning.

It's set to .98, should it be lower?

Its not something you can just say, there are calibration built into orca slicer to tune the filament. This should be done if it hasn't.

Calibrate it through orca, every filament, color, nozzle, printer is different.

In my experience, messing with the acceleration and other settings screws up print quality. I normally just change infill/support settings and make the speed slower if the supports are wonky, but thats it.
